OpenText Exstream Consultant

Join Stream Management as an OpenText Exstream consultant on CCM projects for large organisations in banking and insurance.

Paris and Île-de-France, partial remote work Permanent contract 3+ years on Exstream

The role

You will work on site with our large-organisation clients, or within our service centre, on their OpenText Exstream platforms:

  • designing and evolving Exstream applications;
  • analysing and fixing production incidents;
  • taking part in version upgrades and migration projects;
  • working with business teams to evolve their documents.

Your profile

  • At least three years' experience with OpenText Exstream (Design Manager, Communications Designer or Empower).
  • A good understanding of customer communications management (CCM) production chains: data, composition, distribution, archiving.
  • Rigour, pride in a job well done and a strong service ethic.
  • Experience with another solution (Quadient Inspire, Sefas, etc.) is a plus.
